Feature Title: Add Profile Options Menu To Meta Information On Member Browse Page

Feature Overview: Currently if you are signed in, you only see the ability to add or remove members as friend. But with the profile options menu added to the member listings of each member displayed, you are able to send them a message, see if they are online or offline, block them, add a comment to their page, edit your profile if your profile page is listed, edit or update your photo if your profile is listed, share something on their wall and control whether or not you are friends.

Feature Additional Information: Increasing community engagement is important. Some options listed don't appear yet in the profile options menu, but they ought to.
