Here is the lower section of the create account page. Where are these items located in admin's control panel? I need to change the text if possible.
Was the tutorial for profile questions not helpful? If not trying to change the profile questions, you can also check the tutorial for the languages and phrase manager as that should help with things that aren't part of the profile questions.
