    Hello.
    mikel again.

Ive noticed that there is a new MP5 system video player / recorder ??? that youtube and new devices are using, (if I read this correct).

Question: Since the new Unite Video is based on the MP4, will this affect the uploading of MP5 videos due to differing Tech / encoding and decoding ?

    thanks
    mikel.

Ok mp5 is h264 format which is supported by the processor. It converts into the formats such as you see here, https://ia800209.us.archive.org/24/items/WildlifeSampleVideo/Wildlife.mp4 when searching google for mp5 I found details about what it is, etc. I then searched for a sample mp5 which went to the archive site which I've used before. On that site, the page had the h264 format as one of the download options. When clicking that link, it went to the mp4 format which can be viewed by my browser. I believe that's how it works. So yeah, it should work. You'll need a lot of space for allowing HD videos which is what mp5 is. You'll need to use amazon for storage most likely.
