Not able to approve new member

    I am trying to approve a new member and the system is automatically erasing their password in the "password again" box.  Since the password cannot be seen I am stuck on this page.  See screenshot.  Can anyone help?

    Looks like you have that modified. I just checked here and ours is not auto-filled in the admin panel when editing a member. Perhaps check with whomever did your modifications or if you have a user plugin, check with that expert.

    I have checked it and found that the password is not coming pre-filled from the code, but it might be coming due to the Auto fill feature of the browsers.

    So, you can once check by disabling the auto fill into in your browser. I have found a tutorial for your help: https://support.iclasspro.com/hc/en-us/articles/218569268-How-to-Disable-and-Clear-AutoFill-Info-in-your-Browser .

     

    If you want to reset the password, then enter the password in both password fields or leave both empty if you do not want to reset the password.
