Yes this sometimes happens when the page hasn't fully loaded and is something we're looking in to. I know we had fixed it for one thing so make sure you are on 4.9.4p4 current version. I don't know if this is the one that got fixed or if it was the friend request one.

Do you know if they are letting the page fully load before doing something on the page?

When someone posts in a normal way (link) like adding the below articles the picture does not show.

I tried 4 different websites with an image and no luck. If possible it would be nice to have like facebook the picture plus you can choose which pic you want.

    Thank you.

Lots depends on how the website is set up, I mean for the link you are grabbing so it might not get all images. you would need to see how iframely works for link grabbing and how site images need to be set up at the sites you want to share from or grab from.

Thank you. Sadly there is no solution with your code? Meaning most of the time no image will show?

That means I have to pay a coder to make it work.

I feel this a a huge benefit as images are what capture the attention of the reader.

Is the code for SE editable so I can pay a coder?

It depends on the image at the site you are sharing the link from. We use iframely to grab links. If it supports that type of image, perhaps it's the og:image  then it should work. For that issue, please open a new thread as this is for the no token issue and is off topic for an image discussion. You may want to put a feature request to change things or ask in the thread to requests for experts. There could even be a third party plugin for what you want but we cannot discuss linked images in this thread please. It won't help other clients looking for the same issue.
