As of late we have come to a tipping point in our community that we are investigating bringing on a paid moderator/admin/support. Our team is busy with duties that are more cash positive so I feel it is best if I free up time and look at this as an opportunity for us to grow.

My question for the community is have you looked into this, and what do you feel this would be worth as far as time vs compensation? I do not think it would be a full time gig at the moment but with our current growth feel that it will be in the next 6-12 months.

Also we are in the midst of moving from another CMS to SE so I also want to understand what the load will look like under SE over what we currently see as well.
