When copy and pasting Terms of Service it does not carry the format (Paragraph seperations and stuff).
How do i accomplish this so it doesn't look like a jumbled block of words.

Don't copy from word. It puts "junk in the trunk" so to speak. Use something such as Notepad++ or another text editor that works with code. Then, put your stuff in with html. It should work.
