Minor issue but I am checking to see if the JS is not working or this is the intended function.
Activity Stream - 2 Options
Like Something Shared or Like a Comment to the Share.
In the first image a liked comment shows "1 likes this" then the tool-tip lists all the usernames of who likes the comment.
In the next image as the shared content likes increase it changes from listing the usernames to just the number of likes as seen below. The question is should there be a tool-tip to list the usernames as there is in liked comments. Currently there is not.
There is no tooltip when there are others liking it as you click that "4 people like this" and it goes to the item to see all the people that liked it.
