Delete Profile Activity | Feed Text, Emoticon or Link

When a user posts text, an emoticon or a link in the activity feed it auto populates the the field underneath the username in users profile (see image).  Other than logging into a users account and selecting clear, I cannot find any way for an admin or superuser to delete. Would anyone know how to delete this from the users profile without logging into their account.

It would be handy but I don't see anything either.

I like the feature, it shows the last share on a users profile - they can always delete it they don't want it.  I guess the challenge is a moderator can remove an inappropriate post from the activity stream and all other places but only an admin can login to delete this.

as per my typical recommendation/requirement for features, there should be a setting for this.  I'm tired of some programmer or designer thinking what's best for me and my site, or worse, thinking there's only one way/option that everyone will use
