Is a new member automatically sent a friend request from admin?

The current version of SE doesn't send automatic friend requests but this free certified marketplace plugin will do that and more. I use it and it works great.

I am trying to download the Tom plugin from here and I can't find a download button.  Any idea why?

Thanks Donna,  That was the problem, I was not logged in.  I got an email saying "your order was activated" have not been instructed as to how to install it.  Shall I just wait for more email instructions?
