We keep running into the same problem with the big player 3DPs
They are fantastic with support for a week (generally they resolve most things on Fridays) and then they dive into a black hole of communication
We've had a recurring problem since last few months
New user sign ups get broken every month or so
and if one thing is fixed , other stuff stops working
I hope they get all their plugins certified as Donna recommended.
Since we are in the US staying awake at odd hours to get average and sometimes terrible support, missing work has become the norm.
Lets hope 2019 brings a new professional support from 3Dps who dont require "reviews" and fake positive posts to get the job done.

Please send us any details and proof you have of this as we don't allow it at all. We want clients to get support as the expert's terms state. We also want reviews to be honest reviews and our terms state that we do not allow any type of bribing for good reviews.
