I have installed the latest version of FFMPEG on my CENTOS7 server. However, when I go to convert videos it fails.
When I got to GLOBAL VARIABLES for the Video Plugin and enter the path to FFMPEG it doesn't save the path. Also it says "(Environment variables are not present)" which is probably why it doesn't save the path to ffmpeg.
Also, the FFMPEG information isn't in the two fields under the Video Utilities tab.
I think your concern is CRON which is not installed correctly.
I had this problem for a moment.
The problem does not come from FFMPEG ...
