Feature Title: Relax Friendship Requirements For Invitations

Feature Description: Allow members to be able to send messages and invite people they follow to join groups or events they are a part of or have created, without that user having to follow them back to have the invitation to such a person be possible for their optional participation.

I see the usefullness in this, but also the hassle/abuse. As long as it's configurable on/off by ADMIN.
