Please go to the path: admin/menus?name=user_home of your website and disable the menu item.

They mean to go to the path in the browser. So, when logged in to your site as an admin, go to the admin panel and you'll have an url sort of like yoursite.com/admin/ . At the end of that path, add menus?name=user_home so now it should be like yoursite.com/admin/menus?name=user_home
