Possible to add a column in database?

    Is it possible to add a column in the database?  I need the people's email to display in this particular table:

    You'll need to know databases very well in order to do things like that as you can completely ruin your site. I recommend testing on a local install. As databases are not my expertise, I would not be able to help as it's just too easy to ruin a site.
