  When you click through to someone's profile there is no info and you have to select the "info" tab which people will not always think of doing.  Is there a way to ensure the info tab is automatically selected so that their bio and other info shows up on the profile landing page?

  In that case, you can place the Info widget at first place in the Tab Container from the Admin Panel >> Layout Editor of your website. You can do this by simply dragging and dropping the widget as per your requirement.
