During the signup process, when a user puts some information in the "About me" field, it throws an error BUT the account gets created. If the user does not type in any information in the "About me" fields (left blank), everything works fine.

The error message reads like this:

    We're sorry!

We are currently experiencing some technical issues. Please try again or report this to your site administrator using the contact form.

Administrator: Please check the error log in your admin panel for more information regarding this error.

    Error Code: 56****

    How can this be fixed?

Cut and paste your error log output for the error here. You can find it in Admin Panel > Stats > Log Browser, then select 'Error Log' and increase the numbers of lines shown if necessary (the error code will be displayed next to the full error message.

It would probably also be useful to confirm your PHP version and MySQL / MariaDB version here as well.

Please contact the third party expert for your plugin "siteautoaction" . Looks like an SESmember plugin.

    Hi Alex,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

There can be multiple possible reasons for the issue you're facing as mentioned below:

    1. Mysql version and interpreted query are different i.e. syntax of the query was not compatible.
    2. The fields are missing, fields were existing when the action was created but, it could be that afterwards the field or profile type was removed while the action still remained.
    3. The field is missing in user-values table, could be because of missing entry during signup, resulting in error while performing a my-SQL query.

Please reach out to us at sales@socialapps.tech so that we can help you further.

    Thanks & Regards,
