Hello Ramses.
In the beginning i had several 3rd party devs products. Then over some time i just decided to use 1 3rd party Dev.
I had 11 of their products that are designed to be used together (product add ons). Yes i do agree that language is a problem but when 3 members of my staff are from India and can speak and translate from Hindi, Punjab and speak in local dialect and English, translation would have been in their own language.
Yes i do agree fully, (And i do and will still promote their products) 3rd party devs do great work and are knowledgeable. We still had far to many issues with bugs, fixes, re-fixes , none-fixes and products not working. Delays for about 2 or 4 weeks.
Mikel.
I know Mikel, to be honest I am since 2016 with one and I have to admit that they have solved many times issues not related to their plugins. I can't complain about support also if I keep for now the basic one, and I can understand your frustration.
On the other side I may say that I am an informatic, so when I fill a support ticket I give them all the info that can help, and they do the job sometimes before the time I expect.
But yes, it is frustrating each week to see the "need" to upgrade. One of their big issue is to not test enough before to release, which is one of the issues of many softwares too, first release then fix what customers complain. Less expensive than have an own R&D dept.
I was thinking to be unlucky but I have to shut up hehe.

Hi Piero! Sorry about all of the releases but if we find an issue that can't wait, we feel it best to release. We do try our best with testing but there are many of lines of code and lots of dependencies. It is impossible for two people to find everything. We do our best though with a skeleton crew due to covid.
Helo Donna, nono dont' have to be sorry I meant releases of 3rd parts addons!!!
