[A]Google Analytics version differences

    Differences between Google Analytics versions
    ga.js = classic version, old version (currently used in SE)
    analytics.js = Legacy version, old version (announced in 2012)
    gtag.js = Current version, Google Ads support, Optimizer support, Firebase support, etc.

     

    The option provided on the SE Admin screen loads the old version (ga.js).
    Please change to analytics.js or gtag.js in the next version.

     

    analytics.js is lightweight and has a small file size.
    gtag.js supports various functions.
