    Hi Mikel

First of all thanks for explaining the things you have done at your end so well.

Whenever we create a new page in the Layout Editor, its URL is always in this format: {your domain}/pages/[Page URL]  The same has been explained here in the Kb Article

So, the URL in the Menu Editor settings should be: https://twisdid.com/pages/classifiedsterms ; Please try saving this URL once and check, it should work.

Also, I have noticed you have used 'Content' widget in the Layout Page while you should be using either 'Rich Text Block' or 'HTML Block' widget, the content will be entered in the widgets only and not in the Layout Editor.

I hope this stuff helps, in case not, please feel free to mention further queries on this. I will be happy to help!

    Thanks!

    Hi Mikel

Let's give it one more chance. Forget everything that you have done till now and follow below:

    1) Create a New Layout Page in Layout Editor, in the Page URL field enter 'classified' The page URL will be https://twisdid.com/pages/classified 2) Drag and drop HTML Block widget in this new Layout Page. Enter some text in it and save the changes.

    3) Go to Menu Editor "Footer Menu" > Add Item > Name it 'Classified' and enter the URL as https://twisdid.com/pages/classified > save changes

    4) Go to website footer and check

    Thanks!

    Mikel,

I don't think it is a bug. Something seem to be fishy at your end on the website, I can not say exactly what, but it could definitely be something related to configuration settings. SE support will check on your website and will provide required assistance.

    Thanks!

Please note that in order to receive support in tickets, you will need an active support subscription.  Please note that you should not create pages in admin that are named the same as default modules. If you want something for classifieds, you should not name the page classifieds as it may cause conflicts with the default classified plugin.

As you have spaces in your name of your page "Classified Terms" you need to have a dash in the url and actually add the url to the page info. So, edit the page you made and click Page Info. Add the url like this:

    Menu looks like this:

    page works

Yes, BryZar has redirects working. I believe if he tries my suggestions, it should work fine.

    Thanks for your help...
I knew there was something I was doing wrong and had not noticed. the ( - ) between the words. Was as simple as that...

All fixed and set up now.. Just have to get the SE Plugins sorted and installed.

Thanks to Ritika and Abuk for your help also.
