Hei folks. I just got an issue on my php admin.
When I try to view my Gateway, settings, transaction from my admin billings , the pages are not being connected / fetched..??
I have cleared my error logs (so that I get just fresh error logs ) for each title and carried out the same request but I don't understand what I'm reading.
all I can gather is either its a fetch issue or a connection issue.
I'm using the latest php 4.9.4p1.
Any ideas ?
mikel.
Hi Mikel,
Please paste the error message here. Use the button to the right of the smiley button and it will popup a box to input your code. That will keep it safe for posting if any codes are shown. You can sanitize out your site name and info if you need to.
Hi Donna
Here is a copy of the error log.
I just did a fresh test and copied the latest report. pretty much the same for , gateways, settings and transactions. subjects plans and subscriptions are not affected and working as required.
Thanks, mikel

Thanks for posting that.
Are you using Paypal?
Is it in "test mode" which is only set via database?
Do you have support with us? If not, I can try testing on my own local site.
Hi Donna.
answer to your questions:
Paypal: yes
Test Mode: paypal is set , live / active
* To my knowledge the paypal status has not been changed by myself. I will check on my paypal account and check setting there incase paypal has altered a setting on my paypal account.
* If issue is in the database setting, where would I be looking, ? on my site admin or hosting server DB ?
Support: I don't have support with you at this time.
Many thanks
mikel
Hi Mikel,
The setting I mentioned is only in the db so you didn't set it so we can rule that out.
What version of PHP is installed on your server? If you aren't sure, you can check in your server information section.
Hi donna.
I have checked paypal account and all is set correctly
My php version is set at php7 on my server, at tmdhosting.
Any way ive noticed there is a new 4.9.4p2 upgrade, so I will update and see if that changes things.
I am going to do fresh error logs on / payment and issues.
mikel.
You may need our support to check on your site if it's not resolved. Some things are harder to pinpoint from a forum post.
Hei.
Thanks Donna.
I am going to see if TMD Hosting tech can check the DB settings just in case a external connection or something has closed / turned off.
Most likely the issue is as you say, just a DB error somewhere.
Il be in touch soon about support from scripttechs / BryZar.
mikel.
If it's not a connection issue on the server, please feel free to get SocialEngine support. I do offer services via my BryZar but I was meaning our SocialEngine support for this oneRight now, I can't rule out a bug either. I am not seeing this issue on my testing site though. However, that doesn't mean there couldn't be a bug. We also haven't seen anyone posting this issue other than you but that also doesn't mean it couldn't be a bug still. Hard to say without seeing the issue.
Hi Donna.
thanks, il keep you posted.
mikel.
Thank you Mikel. Sorry for whatever this issue is. It's never fun having issues. I hope it can be resolved for you quickly though.
Hi Donna.
Its ok.. its not a major problem as it does not effect the running of the site. I can just have free membership until issue is resolved. its just annoying more than anything.
just on a Database enquiry. I know I'm a bit of a numpty but I cant seem to find my database on my tmdh CPadmin.
I know I go into my files but then I get lost as to the exact path to take that will lead me to Database. I know its there somewhere just rolling on floor laughing at me.
starting at: public_html > ???
thanks
mikel.
Check in your cpanel for Phpmyadmin or Database link. In most cases it is called phpmyadmin on the tab. It won't be in file manager but don't mess in database unless you really know what you are doing or you can destroy your site completely. Make a backup of it before you touch anything if you do fiddle with it.
hi Donna.
Thanks.
Ive learned not to play with my toys. back in my fox days I broke my site. good job I had backups so was easily repaired.
Thanks again.
