If you have purchased the upgrade access for $149 (I believe) which includes the official SocialEngine plugins, then you can upgrade the site yourself by following the upgrade tutorial. You only need to purchase access if you see the orange button when logged in at socialengine.com/login . If you also want us to upgrade the site for you, that shows once logged in too. It will be on the right in a widget. The upgrade service is $150 and as long as you don't have customizations or third party plugins, we can do the upgrade. If you do have those, you'll need to get a custom upgrade from an expert.
