You would need a customization to do what you want or maybe there is a plugin for that as the URL cannot easily be changed without either plugin or custom.

For RSS, you could try the various RSS creators online if you mean to share it someplace else. I don't use RSS any more so I'm not sure which online tools would be best. I'll move this to the third party area so third party experts can see your request and perhaps chime in on what you are looking for.
