Hello guys . I'm creating a new signupo step but as part of it, I need to get the profile type the user specified in a previous step. Can you provide me with some hints on how to get it? Thanks a lot for your support.

No no no...It's not creating a profile type using the UI. I'm talking about the registration of a new user. There's a step in which the new candidate user needs to select the desired profile type. 

Now, I'm trying to create a plugin to add a new step in the signup process. That step needs to be located after the profile type selection. So, what I am asking for is a hint regarding how can I get the selected profile type in the previous step, USING CODE, not the user interface.
