It behoves me with all the readiness to sell service and support that this does not work smoothly.
I downloaded the app from the link on socialapps.tech to my iPhone 8 from the apple store and tried to sign up twice. I am giving up.

I have checked the above issue in same device iPhone8 and found that the signup is working fine.
The error which you have mentioned occurs when a simple password is entered, the one not following this guideline "Password must be at least 6 characters and contain one upper and one lower case letter, one number and one special character. The error message appears along with a warning telling user to enter password following the guidelines.

Our phone experience is horrid and I am not sure what you are doing or seeing but many people complain they can't sign up and use our online version. I thought we got a free app with this. Am I missing something. Maybe I have it set up wrongly.

I just tried to do a test signup by downloading fresh iOS App from app store. I was able to do the signup successfully. I have checked in iPhone 11 version 14.3
I request you to please share a video showing this error once.
Also, we do not provide our apps free of cost.
