Problem with Google indexing

We are having great difficulty with the referencing of our SE sites.

All without exception are not recognized by Google.
However, we have a lot of experience in understanding SEO techniques.
We have a site open for over 10 years with thousands of pages,
but it still does not appear correctly on activity keywords.
We installed SE Provider SEO ADDONS but still have the same issues.
Our server is nevertheless ok and powerful ... (several dozen sites with other CMS on this server are correctly indexed).
And it is only with SE that we have indexing concerns.
We don't really know what to think anymore.
Do you have any advice ? Ideas ? Methods ?
Do you have a clear and viable solution for rewriting urls for example?
Example: https://www.xxxx.com/members - ¨Can your improve this URL because "members"
is in English and Google does not necessarily interpret this type of URL correctly.
There must be a problem somewhere, but we can't move forward.
Thank you in advance for your advice because our competitors are ahead of us with
of simple small site without interest. It's quite pathetic.
    Thanks again for your advice.

Thank you SEA for your offer.
We are already a customer with your company and we buy all our Addons
for years on your site. Alas, currently we do not have
budget given COVID. Businesses are severely impacted in our country.
So we decided to code new sections on our test site to see how Google reacts. It's not simple.
Just one example, the native SE "Classified" module.
    Example:
    https://www.xxxx.com/classifieds
It would be desirable to be able to change the "classifieds" path to another term.
It is curious that this is not possible.
We are waiting for our technical department to open all files in order to find
    solutions.
It's very upsetting ... but we will find solutions in 2021.
Thank you again for your help.
Do not hesitate to advise us.
    Sincerely
