A long time ago I bought this Popup Builder Plugin 5.2.1p1 in the Socialengine Store and I don't know who is doing the support for it.
I have the problem that I have installed new software here Atoz theme and when I start the Popup Builder, my server crashes. After a restart, I can no longer access the admin area. The link to the product does not work in the dashboard on Socialengine. What I found is the Popup Builder Plugin 5.3.0 that would be SocialNetworking Solutions is that correct. If so, how can I get the update?

If you do have their plugin, you would contact them at their site for the update. We had sent a newsletter notification several months ago saying that the SE store in the client dashboard was closing and moving here just as listings, and that all experts would transfer your purchases if you contacted them with the proof from within your client dashboard of the purchase or your receipt details. Hopefully the info still shows in the client dashboard or you have your receipt. Once the store closed, the downloads were being deleted. I hadn't finished deleting all of them yet there so maybe it still shows in your account.

Will my purchases that I buy from different providers be recorded centrally, or will I have to contact every seller after the changeover?
In the dashboard on Socialengine, the purchases and receipts have been retained in the old system, that shouldn't be a problem. now I have 5 new products from the weekend, which of course are not listed in my Socialengine account.
You need to contact each one as they each have their own sites. If you had the freebies from ScriptTechs and BryZar (both of those are mine), I'll be updating those and releasing them free at some point once I find a good storage location for downloads.
For the move to the expert's dashboards (their client area so you can get your purchases at each expert's site) be sure to have a screenshot of your purchases as they agreed to facilitate the change over with the proof of purchase. If you have any issues at all once you try to move over, contact our sales department and Kyle will get you a transaction ID if he can.
I have these transaction numbers in front of the products, is this valid or really just the screenshot.
In other words, the respective products will be included in the dashboard there and I can currently download them.
I have to correct myself, the server cannot be reached when I go to the admin panel and write a few things.
I wanted to insert the HTLM editor in the data protection page, but it shows red with the note

There is no data protection page in default SEPHP. Perhaps check with that plugin developer if there's an issue with that page. Without screenshots of your issue, I'm not clear on what is happening but perhaps the expert who made the two plugins can help.

in the footer are the links / help / terms and / help / privacy I could not feed them with the layered texts the data protection has about 25 A4 pages I have now divided them into 4 rich text blocks .. so that everything is displayed below each other.
Problem solved, but I had it in the HTML block on the page for a year and that in one block with no problems.
Ok for the terms and privacy, you should be editing those in the language manager in order to do it without issues. It does take basic html. You may want to do that instead of changing the layout.

That is not noticeable and the transitions are scarless. It's just annoying when you spend hours looking for such a mistake :-)) ..

Oh boy don't I know it. After more than 10 years in this industry with my own sites that first used our competition where I worked and now use SEPHP, I know how it goes when setting up a site or policies. It can be a daunting task to get it looking the way you want it to look.
