trying to add a link to the banner ad campaign I set up

I am getting and error:

Error Code: 842a17
Zend_Json_Exception: Decoding failed: Unexpected control character found in /home/networks/public_html/application/libraries/Zend/Json.php:95

Hi there,

The info you have provided is not sufficient to understand and reproduce the issue.

Still, I tried to check the above reported issue on the staging by creating a banner and trying to add a link in the 'Banner Sub Heading', I was able too add the link successfully.

Request you to please mention the steps in detail along with few screenshots so that I may check this and do the needful.

Can you also give us steps for the banner ad you are making so we can make the same ad? Perhaps a screenshot of the ad settings. Where are you putting this ad campaign?

I figured out how to add the link in the code. How to I make the ads center. They go to the left side when I post them in the Global Header. I tried putting a Tag but it's not working.
