I am being a bit of a numpty this week.
Anyway, I want to make my site logo similar to that of the insignia demo site.
Demo site logo is in two colours with an image. I guess I am being dim but is there a way of doing this that I have not noticed in my admin ?
Or should I just create a logo image but then how do I apply this image and where ?
Any ideas ?

Good question that others would want to know. Easy tip:
To see if it's an image or font, right click and choose to view image in a new tab, 
and that is what shows up.
Using the free Gimp program that works on many OS, you can make a similar logo.
Here's a link to the tutorial for changing your logo. Please feel free to bookmark our tutorial section as we have a ton of them for nearly everything.

hei, just created my new logo.
I think it look ok. simple, clean, and not complicated.

the blue is pfl (public forum limited) in text verdana and I just changed the shape into a wave shape with a reflection. ma'juuna is in text verdana but I just gave it a 3D look. it looks small on my site but that's ok. the moment you scroll down , the site header goes off screen anyway.
I like it, its simple and easy to replicate or create other designs.
