I need to be moved to new account dashboard to upgrade my SE PHP.

Please contact support. We sent an email months ago explaining to contact our support to be moved over. We cannot do it from a forum thread due to security and privacy concerns.
So I have been moved to the new dashboard. What would be the purpose of me keeping this account active? Keeping in mind I am hosted elsewhere.

The old dashboard will be disabled in the future. We will be disabling accounts as we go but it is a manual process. If you want yours disabled immediately would you please log in to the new dashboard and open a ticket. It doesn't take emailed responses as those go to the old ticket system. The new dashboard has better features and security but right now it can't take emailed responses. Sorry for the inconvenience of a manual move over but we are short staffed due to covid issues so we didn't have manpower to make an import as our staff is tied up with PHP v5 and PHP v6 development.
