When members join a group (of interest), it is nice to allow multiple communications channels between them.

Right now in a Group, the owner and officers can send message to all members. A nice enhancement would be to allow all members to send messages to all members of the group. 

A setting in Member Level Setting would allow or not this functionnality per member level.
