exist a way to have a chat system (instant messaging) in facebook style, alias cutie bubbles and easy to read with integrations for animated gifts and so on?

I have see one called Mesibo but not sure if it can work with our system. I use arrowchat but is very limited, to not mention it do not allow using multiple languages at once
