How can we remove this from all pages? 
Actually, we don't want to remove just the word. Want the text box gone on all pages it's on. 
Did you remove all of the networks from the admin panel neworks? If so, it shouldn't show the network stuff.

In each module, go to member level setting and disable "Allow to Choose Network Privacy", the Network box will disappear. Remember to do that for every member level you created.
