In my Plesk Installation it is reporting SEAO script is malware, does anyone else using SEAO get this too?

    Is it to be trusted?

This happens due to images or license files. I believe they still use their license callbacks. You would need to get with them about it. It's been reported before, maybe even in this community. It has always been the license check issue or the base64 images.

    Hi Adam,

Hope you and your loved ones are safe in these hard times!!

I would like to inform you that these files are not 'Malware'.We use these files (license1.php, license1.php) for licenses of our plugins. These files are encoded, so your Antivirus might be marking these files as Malware.

We use few encoded PHP functions in our Plugins license files (license/license1.php ), some Malware software's also use the same encoding PHP functions because of which your firewall might be detecting these files as malware and red flags are being sent up.You need not worry as these files are safe to use.

I would request you to mark all the license files of our plugins that end with "/license/license1.php" as safe, you may contact your hosting provider for this. After this, these files will automatically get detected as non-malware and you will not face this issue with any of our plugins again.

In a case of any other query, please drop us a line.
