SocialApps have been delaying for so long to tell us where exactly is the problem in the advanced payment gateway plugin where we can't integrate a gateway so that the user would be redirected to the payment gateway URL after placing the order in the checkout phase!!!
Have they responded to your tickets? Did you show them this thread?
I think they may have started repairing their plugins on their demo site.
So I am waiting for now.
It is too much time to fix their plugin!

I've sent a message to the person who used to be in charge there to see who the contact is now and will discuss this with them.

It's amazing, they haven't fixed their own plugin which was supposed to work on their own demo site.
