Now, about 2.5 months after my first post here and raising my questions about SNS plugins, I can put my own experience here.
We migrated from socialapps to SNS, purchased and installed multiple (more than 20) SNS plugins. SNS support has been way way better. They fixed almost all of our issues in 1-3 days. A good thing in their support is to be available via WhatsApp for minor problems.
The plugins are completely compatible with the latest SE version. Although we have found many issues and bugs in various plugins, but all of them are fixed so far, and I think those issues are also fixed for the future users too.
We have not yet experienced any major problem with SNS plugins, that prevent our site from working. We have not run a thorough security test on our SE site and SNS plugins yet, but we are going to do so in a few months and will update you and the lovely SE team when it is done.
What I would suggest to SNS and SE team is to have more integrations with other major software. For example, integration with FreshWorks helpdesk and CRM solutions, or integration with Formidable Forms software could add substantial functionality to SE websites.
