Reporting Post to Abuse Log

Is there a minimum number of members that have to report a post for it to be visible in the abuse log?  I have been testing the feature.  I have reported post from 2 accounts, but nothing is displayed in the abuse log.  If there are no minimum values, then something is wrong and I need to figure out why the reports are not showing up.

Thanks for the info, advice, and assistance in me troubleshooting this issue.

When you say abuse log, do you mean here, yoursite.com/admin/report ?

You didn't state the version of SEPHP that you are using. When posting for help, always state your version.

In checking this site, there is one abuse report so it seems to work fine here.

Yes, I meant to say Abuse Report https://mywebsite.com/admin/report

    Running Social Engine 4.9.4p2

My question is if a single member reports a post will it be visible in the Abuse Report?

    Thank you for your help,

    Andy

Yes as I mentioned "In checking this site, there is one abuse report..." That is one user that reported an item. It works fine here. Are you checking error logs to see if maybe there's an issue on the site? Are you sure the report got sent?

Sorry I did not understand what you meant "there is one abuse report so it seems to work fine here."

So... One member can report a post and it is visible in the Abuse Report.  I believe there is an issue with my SE website Abuse Report.  I have used multiple accounts to report the same post as a test and nothing is visible in the Abuse Report of my SE admin.  Since my site was migrated to a new host, I have been finding some wonky behavior.

I am new to this community forum.  Thank you for your feedback and helping me troubleshoot this issue.

    Hi Andy,

    Welcome aboard! laughing

It could be a permission issue but you should see stuff in your error logs in the admin panel log browser. Have you checked?
