    You could create subforums with third-party product developers. A subforum for each developer where they can make known the problems of the plugins, and the support problems of each developer ?. Not only could complaints and problems be published, but also the advantages and qualities of these developers.

    You can do that now in this forum. We appreciate your suggestion but it would make the forum get too long to view and that wouldn't be a good experience for clients. The best idea for clients is to start the thread with the developer name or abbreviation and then whatever the issue is. Perhaps it would be good to also make sure the expert you want to talk about is on the forum, so if you hadn't seen them here you could send them a ticket telling them to  come. 

    At another script, I always told clients to send a link to their thread to the expert so they can see it and know to respond to it.
