I am very new to all SE and am currently working on a test dev site. I chose to utilize YouNet plugs for my website particularly because the look and feel of them seemed to fit what I was hoping to accomplish. I am wondering if any of you have done the same? I can only describe YN support as a painful and arduous process. Has anyone had the same experiences with YouNet, thanks.

I will echo what everyone will tell you, stop using them now, you will thank us all later. I can not give you greater advice then that.

Younet is not an approved developer in our marketplace any longer. You can see the explanation here, http://community.onsocialengine.com/post/5907332/younetco-wiki-a-example-of-bad-third-party-development-standard among the comments. We recommend using third party experts that are approved in our marketplace and better yet, making sure you only use certified products as those are products we test. If you find a product in our marketplace that you like and it's not certified, contact that expert to submit it for certification so you at least know it installs without errors.
