Hi everyone.....very new to SE and this forum, so I apologise if I'm breaking any rules/norms.

 

My questions is this:

Can anyone recommend a good third party developer that can basically build my site and make it 'the finished product'?....I'm finding my way around the site but I'm spending a lot of time on things that ultimately don't make a lot of difference but drain most of my time.
