I just wanted to give public kudos to these developers. I have been all over them with tickets, development requests and dumb questions on how to do stuff and they have been great to deal with.
My only complaint is the time zone difference in waiting on replies lol.

Yes, their Support is thorough and very quick. One 3PD in particular takes weeks/months (or longer - I have one Tix that's 18 months old) to resolve, but SES not only replies quickly but more importantly resolves issues within 1-3 days. RE: Time zone difference - I actually like this because it's like Santa's Elves fix my toys while I sleep so when I awake I'm greeted with presents
