I don't see a setting and the stuff I see in the code has a base_64 added for security so it's not something I'm comfortable posting any sort of edit for in case it would cause a security issue to change.
Thanks @Donna. I'll create another FR for a setting to determine where User is sent upon logging in - their home page (default) or a relative (not absolute) URL. This is similar to the FR I created for a URL upon logout. Flexibility
