Modifications of an existing plugin

    HI everybody !!

    I am wondering, is it possible to modify a plugin made by someone else ?

    by example can someone can modify a plugin of seao ?

    Please post questions about third party plugins in this section that I've moved this to for third party discussions. 

    Yes, if you know coding you should be able to modify it but you should check with them about any warranty on their plugins.

    Although I prefer to have the Dev of a Plugin perform mods (often helps w/smoother upgrades and future support and less finger pointing), this may be done. In fact, about 600hrs of customizations was performed to SEAO Plugins on my site by SEM because SEAO was too busy to do so in 2015 and refused the job (multiple times), so I had no choice but to go elsewhere.
