Rich Text Block - Check For Bug Help

    SE 4.10.3p2

    Unable to get a Rich Text Block to produce a proper clickable link.

    Inspect Element shows this hr#f= instead of href=" when ever I save block.

    Perhaps its local? now I see in source when ever I save either the Rich Text or HTML block after saving it converts the e to # very strange.

    If anyone could check on their end that would be awesome the SE demo doesn't allow saving content.

    Disregard checking - it only occurs in Edge browser Version 42.17134.228 that I just updated too.  All the others are fine.  Have a SUPER weekend.  Thanks
