I bought from SocialApps in December 2020, and they didn't start working on my project until the middle of January. I gave them 6 months afterward, paying for Amazon AWS and all the bells and whistles. Nothing was more important to me than a messenger app they promised me and then later tried to charge me for. You expect working with other developers like WordPress that if you're going to buy something for it to work out of the box and have options to change the wording and minor features. But in this case, there isn't. and I have to buy support. Like right now, I'm looking at both companies Group's plugins, and even though it allows us to enable users to edit their CSS, we don't have a list of CSS options to give to the user to edit. It's just frustrating because not only like you but we're at a standstill, but it had taken you 11 Years to learn coding that should have been already provided, at least when you purchased the plugins. You advertise a Twitter Clone or Facebook Clone; The Look should be damn close to it. Am I wrong? or am I just totally overthinking this? I pay for WordPress Plugins and even their site builders like Theme.Co and ElegantThemes are Amazing to work with. But this crap... I'm almost over it. Thanks for your insight. But unfortunately, I got into this to have something to build on, and so far, it's a hot pile of steaming crap that I need to build on instead of having a good product that works out of the box, and I can be happy and build on.
