Hi Socialengineaddons, you said:
1. Open your database in cpanel2. Run below query
I have no idea how to do either of these. When I get into the cpanel I see the following screen:
It does not indicate how to open the database. I tried clicking on phpMyAdmin, and this is the result:
I have no idea what my username nor password for my database files are. No one ever told me.
So I have no idea what to do.
Hi Opas,
I request you to please reach out to us at support01@socialengineaddons.com. We would be happy to solve this problem for you.
Best Regards,

There are different types of 'deletion'. IMHO, any good Dev should have a method of removing desired data from their platform.
Sometimes it's simply additional steps/work a Dev doesn't want to do to verify if it's ok to delete and/or archive.
It's not about the script. This is for any script. It's about the database itself. Deleting from a database can cause stability issues. Here's a basic explanation but there are others online. I just didn't have a lot of time to search. https://www.itprotoday.com/microsoft-sql-server/how-record-deletes-can-cause-index-fragmentation less

Thanks, looks like in the https://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=42041 link, someone mentioned "The solution is to update to 5.7, the issue seems to be limited to specific old MySQL versions." Maybe that could be a solution.
Automatically switch between Online/Offline (Maint) modes
I use a Plugin by SES to display the Maint msg.
But what will happen to Users in the site when I switch to Maint Mode - is anythg (database) corrupted or is open work (in process msgs, postings, uploads, etc.) just not saved/stored?
