    Hei folks...

Just a question before I go looking for a faults that may not exist..

on my site..the ffmpeg details are missing...yet videos still play and upload on full site version...Ive checked with my hosting provider and all is well with server settings...

my mobile version is another issue. personal device uploaded videos do not play at all and take time to load. again server settings are ok. tested on 2 independent mobile devices with same result. uploads by youtube play ok...

Any thoughts on either issue ???

    many thanks.

Did you not get help in the other thread you posted for this issue?

Or since it's just mobile, maybe it's the issue with the html5 setting. Please make sure in your video settings that you enabled html5 videos. If not, please enable it and clear cache. Old videos would not be done in html5 but after enabling the settings new video uploads would be html5 and should work better.

    Hei Donna..

Ive done as you mentioned. This is all I keep getting:

    Video Utilites

    Ffmpeg Version

This will display the current installed version of ffmpeg.

    sh: -version: command not found

    Supported Video Formats

This will run and show the output of "ffmpeg -formats". Please see this page for more info.

    Bottom of Form

    sh: -formats: command not found

    sh: -codecs: command not found

    Global Settings

    Global Settings

These settings affect all members in your community.

    Path to FFMPEG

Please enter the full path to your FFMPEG installation. (Environment variables are not present)

    HTML5 Video Support  : ticked.

    thanks
    Mikel.

    /user/bin/ffmpeg   will not save.

Maybe it server error somewhere else.

Please check that ffmpeg path as it is normally /usr/bin/ffmpeg  not /user/bin/ffmpeg

    thanks Donna..
