Please go into your error log and find that error for that code and please copy and paste the error here as the code is just a random number/letter thing and doesn't tell us anything.
Note that most issues are from third party plugins or customizations that may not be updated. Make sure your plugins and customizations are updated.

That's not the full code. Can you open the error log and check for the full code that goes with the error code you showed?
I don't see any errors with our RSS feed in my admin. Are you sure you fully upgraded everything and checked for updated to any third party products?

You have a contest plugin that is showing that error. You'll want to disable it and update it.

If you disabled it, please check error logs again for the most current error logs. Alternately, contact SEAO for assistance with it.
It also shows the same Sitepage error for that plugin. I don't know if that is SEAO or another expert but you should contact SEAO to see.

It still shows the plugin Sitepage. Please see which developer made that one and contact them for an update. Also please ensure you are using SePHP 4.9.4p2.
I see the feedburner is being blocked or something. Let me go test on my 4.9.4p2 site. I will update this in a bit.
In your image above you show 4.9.3. Please make sure you are using 4.9.4p2 as there were issues in Groups for 4.9.3.
I've tested and do not see any issues with the feedburner in 4.9.4 (which is loading our What's New). Please try 4.9.4p2 and clear cache and error logs and see if you still get the error.
