how about try to increase the td padding to 20px instead of 5px?
Pretty sure those tags are not allowed here for safety reasons.
The odd thing is, your second list works fine but the top one does not. I tried the second list on my own page on my test site and put it in twice and it works fine. Perhaps there is something in that top list that is breaking the formatting somehow? Maybe copy the second list and change what you need. Could even be some hidden characters if you copied from any sort of program other than a good editor such as netbeans, phpstorm, sublime text, notepad++, Brackets. Dreamweaver, though ok for themes, adds hidden codes that can mess up sites like this. Same for a basic word processor if you are using one of those, they add hidden stuff.
@Donna, yes Rich Text widget
@Themrt when I did that the space between the bullet and its associated text widened, the bullet did not move.
@Donna don't use html tool, handscribed html. I'll try rebuilding first list with second list see if that helps.

</table>It works for me. I put it in the source code since it is html code. Are you using the source code option when adding your code? Here's how it looks but I didn't link an image so that part breaks. Still, you can see the list is fine. I do note that you are not closing your list tags like you should. Perhaps it is causing an issue.
Added close tag. Same results using Firefox and Google Chrome latest versions.

I had asked before if you are using a rich text block. You are using an html block. Please use a rich text block and in that block be sure to choose the source code option. The html block is not going to work for what you want to do. I checked your page and in inspect element, it shows you are using an html block and not a rich text block.

I guess out of curiosity why would not HTML code not work in an HTML-Block?
My best guess is security. TinyMCE has built in stuff for security and so it allows different things. A plain html widget would not and so the stuff in that has to go through the SEPHP sanitizer which strips un-allowed tags. That is a guess.
