Does SE come with options to hide menu items based on member level? Say I want to hide menu "Members" from main menu, how do i do that?

>> No, you can only enable / disable the menu item. Read this KB article for more info.
If you have set the 'View Privacy' of any content (let's say Blog) to 'No' then, menu item will still be visible, but you will get a 'Private Page' message upon clicking the menu item 'Blogs'. 
Say I want to hide menu "Members" from main menu, how do i do that?
>> You may simply uncheck the 'Enabled' option and save the settings.
